Northeast Michigan Consortium Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) provides government contracting assistance at no cost and includes notification of bid opportunities tailored to business’ needs, including assistance with bid package preparation, provision of military/federal specification needed to manufacture products listed in bid packages and bid follow-up services.
