On-the-Job Training programs are designed to teach specific job skills under the close supervision and guidance of the employer. During an OJT, the trainee learns while actually performing a full-time job in the place of business. The OJT trainee is a regular employee, who will abide by all personnel policies and receive all employee benefits. Michigan Works! will refer eligible applicants who have the potential to meet job requirements.
