The Economic Development Alliance for Oscoda County has compiled a Strategic Plan that focuses on working in a cooperative and collaborative manner with local, state and federal governments as well as other private non-profits to “Improve the Quality of life of Oscoda County Residents, Businesses and Visitors”
The purpose of the Economic Development Alliance for Oscoda County is to establish, implement and fund a non-profit economic development organization. The goal of the organization is to assist in managing the growth of Oscoda County in a manner that strengthens the local economy while maintaining the high quality of life
